These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LookBookIQ application (the “App”) and the website at lookbookiq.app (the “Website”), collectively referred to as the “Service,” operated by LookBookIQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide the Service to individuals under 16.
Many features of the App can be used without creating an account. Your wardrobe and outfit data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synchronised via your personal Apple iCloud account.
To access certain AI-powered features (such as virtual try-on and photo enhancement), you may create an account using your email address or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Certain AI-powered features of the App require credits. Credits may be:
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, credit costs per feature, and the allocation of complimentary credits at any time. Any changes will not retroactively affect credits already purchased or granted.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.
You retain full ownership of all images, photographs, and other content you upload to or create within the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content for AI processing, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This licence terminates when processing is complete and the content is deleted from our servers (within 24 hours).
You own all rights to the output generated by the Service’s AI features, including virtual try-on images and enhanced product photos. You are free to use this generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use any content you submit, and that your use of the Service does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Service may display or reference third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, and product imagery (for example, when identifying fashion items or presenting search results). All such marks and content are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance within the Service does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by those third parties.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy. We do not guarantee that the output of any AI feature will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice and without refund, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s account settings. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account is immediately and permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and are non-refundable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOOKBOOKIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR CHF 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LookBookIQ from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a revised version becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you additionally enjoy the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under such mandatory provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
